Holding space for how you feel, relate, and evolve
Queer-affirming embodied counselling and somatic intimacy and relationship coaching in a welcoming, shame-free space. For anyone seeking deeper connection with themselves and others.
What we offer
Embodied counselling
A body-oriented (somatic) approach to therapy that supports you to understand and shift patterns from the inside out. While talk therapy focuses on behaviours and thoughts, embodied counselling explores what is happening in your body to support greater self-awareness.
-
Rather than relying solely on talking, this method uses real-time practices like conscious touch, breath, emotional exploration, and communication tools to help you feel safer, more present, and more connected.
-
In embodied and somatic sessions experiential practices are used to bring the body as well as the mind into the room. These can involve guided movement, sound or breath to bring the whole self into the space.
-
Being embodied means staying present with your body, emotions, and inner experience – responding with self-trust and deeper connection to yourself and others.
Practicing embodiment brings the body and mind into connection, building greater self awareness and choice.
-
The session process is shaped by your needs, pace, and comfort. Rather than having a fixed plan, sessions evolve as they happen, co-creating in a way that feels right for you.
Somatic intimacy and relationship coaching
Support for individuals or couples who want to learn vital skills to increase emotional awareness, resolve conflict, deepen intimacy and pleasure. We use body-based tools to help you feel safer, closer, more present and connected.
-
Moving from talking and thinking into doing and experiencing allows for real time practical learning.
Movement, breath, sensation, emotional exploration, guided inquiry are some of the ways we move from theory into reality. Bringing the experience into the session, carrying this awareness out into your daily life.
-
Move at your own pace in a professional, safe and non-judgemental space. Grow to trust yourself and your inner knowing so you can better regulate your emotional experiences and communicate your needs, wants, desires.
-
Somatic relationship coaching goes beyond traditional talking practice and into real-time, body-based practices to deepen your connection with yourself and others.
-
By connecting to your body as well as your mind, you increase your presence and become more grounded. Allowing you to form more deep connections, honour your boundaries and feel more joy and pleasure in relationships and in the everyday.
